Butler and Warren County Landscape Design

The first step is to schedule your free consultation.  It doesn't cost anything to have us come out and meet with you to take a look at your project.

Our professional landscape designer will come to meet with you at your home or project location.  During our visit, we will discuss your project vision and any functional requirements, as well as gather any site data or measurements that we require.   The primary goal during this meeting is to deeply understand your desires so that we have what we need to translate your vision to a design concept.

After our initial visit at your location, we will need a week or so to work on your custom landscape design.  We'll prepare an initial concept rendering in 2D and/or 3D format, depending on your project.  When it is ready, we will give you a call to schedule a second visit where we will review and discuss the design concept with you at your location.   During this time we will clarify all details of the plan and make note of any adjustments or revisions that you may require.  

Following our second visit, we will work on finalizing any adjustments or revisions to the plan according to your feedback.  Once this is complete and the final design concept has been prepared, we'll send it to you via email for  final review.  

When you are thrilled with the design concept, we'll prepare a formal proposal for all of the materials and installation of the project, along with a timeline and scheduling options.  At this point, when you are ready to commit to the project, we'll ask you to sign the proposal and provide a deposit to schedule the work and order materials.

At this point, you will have a start date and all that is left is for us to arrive and dive in to your project!  We'll work diligently and efficiently to complete your project as quickly as possible, while minimizing disturbance to  your property and neighbors.
